Project Overview
The Challenge &
How We Solved It
The Problem
FlyNDeal needed to replace fragmented and largely manual travel operations with a centralized digital platform. Booking management, airline ticket processing, agency onboarding, payments, passenger records, reporting, staff activities and partner coordination required multiple manual steps and disconnected workflows.
The existing setup also lacked a modern agent portal, centralized administrative control and a secure API layer that could allow approved travel partners to connect their own systems. This made daily operations slower, increased the risk of data-entry errors and limited the company’s ability to scale its B2B travel network.
Our Strategy
Motive Solutions designed a unified travel technology ecosystem rather than developing a single booking interface. The platform was structured around four connected surfaces: a public corporate website, an agent booking portal, an administrative ERP and a secure B2B partner API.
The system architecture focused on centralizing operational data, separating access by user role and creating consistent workflows for agencies, staff and administrators. Modular backend services and API-driven integrations were used to support future flight suppliers, payment services, notification providers and external travel platforms.
What We Built &
The Results
The Solution
Motive Solutions delivered a complete airline portal and enterprise travel management system covering the company’s public, operational and partner-facing requirements.
The public website includes company information, travel services, tours, Umrah, visa content, blogs, partner onboarding and access to the B2B console.
The agent portal supports agency registration, secure authentication, owner and staff roles, profile management, booking creation, passenger records, ticket processing, cancellations, payment tracking, PNR management, invoices, receipts and operational reports.
The administrative ERP provides centralized control over agencies, users, staff roles, bookings, tickets, cancellations, refunds, supplier mappings, pricing rules, markups, ledgers, bank accounts and business reporting.
A secure API-key-based B2B integration layer was also developed, allowing approved partners to access travel services, retrieve ticket information and connect external platforms through documented endpoints.
Key Results
The completed platform transformed FlyNDeal from a collection of manual travel processes into a centralized and scalable digital operation.
Booking, ticketing, payment and agency information can now be managed through one connected system. Staff and travel agents have role-specific access to the information and workflows relevant to them, while administrators maintain complete operational visibility.
The B2B API layer created an additional foundation for partner integrations and future revenue opportunities. FlyNDeal can now onboard agencies more efficiently, expand its distribution network and introduce new airline suppliers or third-party services without rebuilding the entire platform.
